What is the format of the FIFA Agent Exam?+
The exam consists of 20 multiple-choice questions, with 60 minutes to answer. The minimum passing score is 75% (15 out of 20 correct).
Which subjects are covered by the exam?+
The exam covers 8 subjects: FIFA Statutes, Disciplinary Code, Code of Ethics, RSTP, Football Tribunal Rules, Agent Regulations, Clearing House and FIFA Guardian.
How does the member area work?+
After your payment, you receive an email with a link to create your password. You then access your dashboard with the PDF guides, quizzes, mock exams, video lessons and — with the Complete Program — the coaching section. Your progress is tracked automatically.
How long do I have access?+
Access is based on FIFA exam sessions, not on a number of days. The Self-Study Program covers 3 exam sessions. The Complete Program covers 4 exam sessions, with coaching during the first 2. Your access ends on June 30 of the last session included.
Have the coaches themselves passed the FIFA exam?+
Yes. Our coaches are licensed FIFA agents who have taken the exam themselves — one on the first attempt, the other on the second.
What are the payment and refund conditions?+
Payment is made online, securely through Stripe: in one payment, or in installments (2 monthly payments of $1,000 for the Self-Study Program, 2, 3 or 4 monthly payments for the Complete Program (2 × $1,500, 3 × $1,000 or 4 × $750)). Access is granted at the first payment; if an installment fails, access is suspended. All sales are final: please read our Terms of Service and Sale before purchasing, and contact us if you have questions before you enroll.

Les comptes et les formules des étudiants se gèrent dans Supabase (voir ci-dessous).
Créer un accès étudiant
Crée la ligne d'accès (formule + date de fin) et envoie l'e-mail d'accès, dans la langue choisie. L'étudiant clique sur le lien, choisit son mot de passe et se connecte.
Date vide = règle standard : Self-Study = 30 juin de la 3e session d'examen ; Complete = 30 juin de la 4e session (coaching jusqu'au 30 juin de la 2e). L'accès est coupé le lendemain de cette date.
Autre méthode : ajouter un étudiant dans Supabase
1. Supabase → Authentication → Users → Add user. Send invitation : saisissez seulement l'e-mail, l'étudiant reçoit un lien et choisit lui-même son mot de passe. Create new user : saisissez e-mail + mot de passe provisoire (cochez « Auto Confirm User ») et transmettez-les à l'étudiant, qui pourra le changer dans Paramètres. 2. Supabase → Table Editor → student_access → ligne de l'étudiant → colonne plan : self (1 990 $, sans coaching) ou full (2 990 $, avec coaching). 3. Tu peux changer la formule d'un étudiant à tout moment : le changement s'applique en moins d'une minute, sans reconnexion. 4.Durées d'accès (en sessions d'examen, fin le 30 juin) : self = 3 sessions ; full = 4 sessions dont 2 avec coaching. Colonne expires_at = dernier jour d'accès à la plateforme ; colonne coaching_until = dernier jour de coaching (formule full). Elles se remplissent automatiquement à la création ; pour une inscription manuelle, ajuste-les selon la date de souscription. Vide = illimité. 5. Quand l'accès est terminé ou désactivé, l'étudiant peut se connecter mais tout le contenu est verrouillé. Quand seule la période de coaching est terminée, la section Coaching se ferme et le reste fonctionne jusqu'à expires_at. 6. Pour les paiements Stripe automatiques, la colonne note indique le montant et la règle appliquée ; « À VÉRIFIER » signale un montant inhabituel dont tu dois confirmer la formule.

Terms of Service and Sale

Please read these Terms carefully. By ticking the acceptance box, creating an account or completing payment, you confirm that you are at least 18, have read these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them.
1. Who we are
{{EDITOR_BLOCK}}
{{BRAND}} (the "Company", "we") is an independent educational provider offering preparation materials for the FIFA Agent Exam. We are not a law firm, a regulatory body or an examination authority. "You" or the "Student" means any person who purchases or uses the Platform. The "Platform" means the website, dashboard, video lessons, PDF materials, quizzes, mock exams, coaching and all related digital content.
2. Programs and pricing
Complete Program — $2,990: full access to the Platform for four (4) exam sessions, plus personal coaching during the first two (2) of those sessions.
Self-Study Program — $1,990: full access to the Platform (courses, quizzes, mock exams, PDF materials) for three (3) exam sessions, without coaching.
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Exam sessions are counted from the session in which you enroll: enrolling between January and April, the first session is the current year's session; enrolling between May and December, the first session is the following year's. Platform access ends on June 30 of the last included session year; coaching (Complete Program) ends on June 30 of the second included session year. The exact dates are shown in your dashboard. The content of each program is as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
3. No affiliation with FIFA
{{BRAND}} is independent. It has no affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, endorsement or contractual relationship with FIFA, its confederations or any national association. We do not claim that our materials are approved or recommended by FIFA. Verify all regulatory content against official FIFA sources.
4. No guarantee of exam success
We do not guarantee that you will pass the FIFA Agent Exam. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your aptitude, effort and prior knowledge, the format and difficulty of the exam session, changes to FIFA's rules and standards, and conditions on exam day. FIFA may modify, postpone, cancel or discontinue the exam without notice, and we are not liable for such action.
5. Earnings disclaimer
Passing the exam does not guarantee employment, clients, contracts or income. Any reference to income or commissions is illustrative only. Actual results depend on your network, skills, market conditions, competition and regulatory requirements. A FIFA agent license is a professional credential, not a guarantee of commercial success.
6. Payment, installments and refunds
Payment is processed by Stripe; we never receive or store your card data. You may pay in full, or in installments: the Self-Study Program in 2 monthly payments of $1,000 (total $2,000), the Complete Program in 2, 3 or 4 monthly payments (2 × $1,500, 3 × $1,000 or 4 × $750; total $3,000). By choosing installments you agree to pay every installment when due; the installment plan is a payment arrangement, not a right to cancel. If an installment fails and is not corrected, we may suspend your access until the balance is paid, and any unpaid amount remains due. Access is granted automatically after payment is confirmed. Because the Platform is digital content made available immediately, all sales are final and no refunds are issued, including where you fail or do not sit the exam, change your mind, or stop using the Platform, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where we are unable to provide access to the Platform. Please contact us before initiating any chargeback; unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of access.
7. Platform access
Access is personal and non-transferable and lasts for the period described in section 2. Access requires a compatible device, a modern browser and an internet connection. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may update, reorganize or improve content at any time. If a program is extended or renewed, the terms in force at that time apply.
8. Coaching (Complete Program)
Coaching is offered during the first two included exam sessions and takes place through the written coaching tool and the booking links provided on the Platform. Coaching is strictly educational; our coaches are not attorneys and nothing we say constitutes legal advice. After the coaching period ends, the coaching section is locked while the rest of the Platform remains available until platform access ends. Unused coaching does not carry over and is not refundable.
9. Intellectual property
All original Platform content is our exclusive property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal exam preparation only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, share your login, record video lessons or create derivative works. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.
10. Prohibited uses
You agree not to share or sell login credentials, circumvent security mechanisms, use bots or scrapers, upload harmful or unlawful content, reverse-engineer the software or use the Platform for unlawful purposes. Breach may result in immediate termination without refund.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid. We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, costs of retaking the exam, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for the acts or omissions of third parties such as Stripe, Vimeo, Brevo or FIFA. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform or violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including changes to or cancellation of the exam, internet failures or third-party service outages.
14. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
15. Dispute resolution
Informal resolution. Before any formal proceeding, write to {{EMAIL}} describing the dispute; we will negotiate in good faith for 30 days.
Binding individual arbitration. Any unresolved dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its applicable rules. Claims may be brought only on an individual basis; no class, consolidated or representative proceedings.
Small claims. Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court within that court's jurisdictional limits.
Limitation period. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, to the extent permitted by law.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to section 15, the courts of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction.
17. General
These Terms, the Privacy Policy and your order confirmation are the entire agreement between us. If a provision is held invalid, the others remain in force. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may amend these Terms; material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

6. Pago, cuotas y reembolsos
El pago lo procesa Stripe; nunca recibimos ni almacenamos los datos de su tarjeta. Puede pagar en un solo pago o en cuotas: el Programa de Estudio Autónomo en 2 pagos mensuales de 1.000 $ (total 2.000 $), el Programa Completo en 2, 3 o 4 pagos mensuales (2 × 1.500 $, 3 × 1.000 $ o 4 × 750 $; total 3.000 $). Al elegir cuotas se compromete a pagar cada cuota a su vencimiento; el pago fraccionado es una modalidad de pago, no un derecho de desistimiento. Si una cuota falla y no se regulariza, podemos suspender su acceso hasta el pago del saldo, y el importe impagado sigue siendo exigible. El acceso se concede automáticamente al confirmarse el pago. 10. Usos prohibidos

13. Fuerza mayor
No respondemos por incumplimientos o retrasos causados por hechos fuera de nuestro control razonable, como la modificación o cancelación del examen, fallos de internet o caídas de servicios de terceros.
14. Privacidad

15. Resolución de conflictos
Resolución informal. Antes de cualquier procedimiento formal, escriba a {{EMAIL}} describiendo la controversia; negociaremos de buena fe durante 30 días.
Arbitraje individual vinculante. Toda controversia no resuelta se resolverá mediante arbitraje individual vinculante administrado por JAMS conforme a sus reglas. Las reclamaciones solo pueden presentarse de forma individual; no se admiten acciones colectivas, consolidadas ni representativas.

Protect the Platform, prevent fraud and account sharing
We do not collect credit card numbers. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising or profiling.
3. Service providers
Supabase — database, authentication and secure file storage;
Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy);
Brevo — service and information emails, with an unsubscribe link;
Vimeo — video hosting;
Netlify — website hosting;
Calendly — appointment booking, if you choose to use it;
Google Fonts — typography (may log your IP address).
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. We may also disclose information where required by law.
4. Retention
Account and progress data: for the duration of your access plus two (2) years, unless you request deletion earlier;
Payment and accounting records: seven (7) years;

Connections use HTTPS, passwords are never stored in clear text, access is controlled by per-user permissions, and payment data stays with Stripe. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Cookies and local storage
We use localStorage/sessionStorage only for authentication and for remembering preferences such as language. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

The Platform is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if you believe a minor has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

3. Proveedores de servicios
Supabase — base de datos, autenticación y almacenamiento seguro;
Stripe — procesamiento de pagos (stripe.com/privacy);
Brevo — correos de servicio e información, con enlace de baja;
Vimeo — alojamiento de vídeo;
Netlify — alojamiento del sitio;
Calendly — reservas de citas, si decide usarlo;
Google Fonts — tipografía (puede registrar su IP).
Nuestros proveedores pueden tratar datos en Estados Unidos y otros países. También podemos divulgar información cuando la ley lo exija.
4. Conservación
Datos de cuenta y progreso: mientras dure su acceso más dos (2) años, salvo que solicite su supresión antes;
Registros de pago y contabilidad: siete (7) años;
